Reply and I'll tell you something everything my poor math abused mind can think of that I like about you because I couldn't possibly limit myself to one thing.
Afterward, copy and paste this into your own journal.
And a story to go with....
There once was a teacher who wanted to help her students get along better.
So, one week into the school year, she passed around a sheet of paper with the student's names printed on it. Every student was to write one thing they admired about the other students. The teacher then collected the papers and cut them up, assembling each student's complete list. The school year then proceeded as normal.
Years later, on member of the class was killedby a car crash. while serving in Vietnam. They discovered the list in his wallet. The class got together to remember their fallen friend and discovered they had all kept their lists.
[Thanks hallidae for the correct info! Damm memory. Orginal story can be found at http://www.snopes.com/glurge/allgood.asp ]
Alright, enough randomness from me. Moving on....
Edit: New one from Kytynh

I actually like that discription.

You are MS DOS. Often seen peeking out from around corners, you are shy but indispensable.
I actually like that discription.

Date: 2005-04-18 12:41 pm (UTC)Reply huh....*thinks*
wouldn't you know that already?Alright. First of all, you've got a great sense of humor. You also have an empathy that, quite frankly, I envy. You're great at mind games. You have an impressive output of fiction that is quite unique. You're great to co-plot with and a VERY impressive Roy.
You're great at welcoming in people and making them feel comfortable. You act as a peacekeeper, even at the cost of your own health because you feel it needs to be done. You keep me from causing even MORE problems.
Heck, you just plain rock.
You're also probably one of my closest friends on the net and I'm greatful to have met you. You're practically family.
*knows there was more she wanted to say so you might get more replies later*

Date: 2005-04-18 01:58 pm (UTC)T...thank you! ^_^
(Although, hey, obviously I'm not too good with the mind-games if people are catching onto them! ;) )
You are TOO kind!

Date: 2005-04-18 08:26 pm (UTC)I personally think you are an extremely strong person for getting through those difficult periods in your life. [As opposed to me who just sidesteps trouble]. You have a very strong self of self about you that makes you someone others can depend on.

Date: 2005-04-18 08:41 pm (UTC)Seriously, thank you... I'm not really sure if I truly am a strong person as those times still really affect me to this day... but to hear someone say that I am is very heartening indeed. Thank you! *hugs*
I'm dependable? Wow. ^_^ *flush*

Date: 2005-04-18 08:45 pm (UTC)Of course they still affect you! House and foundation, remember? Or the canvas to you Acepheed-sama's analogy.

Date: 2005-04-18 08:11 pm (UTC)Well, I don't know you very well, mostly only through Kytyn's journal. But you definitely have a great sense of humor. Your writing is FABULOUS. You're a Slayers fan and an FMA fan. *cheers* Your linguistic skills are very impressive. And you haven't killed me
yetwhich is always a plus.no subject
Date: 2005-04-18 08:21 pm (UTC)And my writing needs work. If it were so good, I'd actually be able to *finish* my original stories. >_>
Killing people is bothersome and requires explanations. Much better to simply find other ways to keep them in line... *grins*

Date: 2005-04-18 08:23 pm (UTC)Question is what else would WORK with me...
no subject
Date: 2005-04-18 10:16 pm (UTC)What, you mean what would work to keep you in line? I'd give examples, but that would be telling. *smirks*

Date: 2005-04-18 10:21 pm (UTC)*rolls eyes* I suspect I'd be immune. Very little keeps me in line besides my own desire to keep myself there.

Date: 2005-04-18 08:29 pm (UTC)You're a great friend who can understand how I think. Which is important, since you sometimes help translate my gibberish. You're a great support in times of trouble and you're creative. And great to plot with, along with Kytyn. You are a great beta (non existent gramer over here) and a great writer. Like Kytyn, if it wasn't for Heliocentric, the odds of me being here would be a lot less.
*smacks head* I know there was more to say but for now, I'll just say you're family in all but blood.

Date: 2005-04-18 08:44 pm (UTC)::love:: Not to be obvious, but all of the above can be said conversely, too.

Date: 2005-04-18 10:19 pm (UTC)First of all, your writing is impressive, especially how you characterize Envy. Your icon making skills leave me in the dust (and give me lots to laugh at). I think what I most admire is your ability to make connections with everyone and interact with people fearlessly. You connect people in ways that are astounding and manage to handle a load full of responsibilities.

Date: 2005-04-18 10:23 pm (UTC)::smiles:: I'm glad you like my Envy, he certainly doesn't like *me* ::glances to ToaS which he's holding hostage until I write him the way I am with Fury::
Icons... Well, paint became my friend a long long time ago ::grins::
As to the interpersonal skills... I have no idea where those came from.
You're a sweetie yourself when you want to be

Date: 2005-04-24 06:13 pm (UTC)First of all, your skill at drawling is superb. (There are no adjectives well enough suited to it, so I'll have to leave it at that.) Your writing is wonderful. You are a very creative person who can create situations both realistic and enjoyable. You show dedication to accuracy with your in depth researching for information to keep things historically correct.
Besides your considerable skill at producing wonderful works of fandom, you are an extremely tolerant and generous individual. You allow people to run off with your ideas and twist them into completely new forms. And don’t kill them for doing it, even when you personally see it as an implausible idea.
You can use multiple languages. That impresses me to no end.
You are a rather organized person. You have multiple projects running at the same time, but still manage to keep track of who is going to write what and rather complicated plot lines. And you manage a lot of comms.
Perhaps most importantly, you are an accepting and welcoming person. For those of us who came to the fandom later, meeting those who have been here for a while can be intimidating. This is especially true in a project such as the Alter Series. By the time I personally had even discovered its existence, more or less it had become an established world with its plot line already determined. Such a thing can make newbies feel unworthy to enter. But when meeting you “in person” most people find it easy to relax. You don’t scare them away but rather encourage their creativity. Such a talent is invaluable.
Over all, you are an amazing person who I feel very privileged to have ‘met.’

Date: 2005-04-24 06:28 pm (UTC)It's always fun to see what people can come up with, so I don't see anything wrong with people playing around with my ideas. Besides, you guys don't do canon-rape. If I do find any of you do such.... *Evil Grin(TM)*
And multiple language is something I'm more of blissed with instead of makes efford for. Let's just say I'm lucky. ^_~
This is the first time anyone calls me organized. XD;;;; I7m very much cluttered everywhere and if not for the Army, I wouldn't have managed to keep track on anything. And yes, that includes you.
Hmm, most people meeting me have said that I'm one of the most stuck up, boring, and annoying person they've ever met. XD;;;; And honestly, I never think of myself of a kind person. But I'm glad that you can feel relaxed around me. I find it ridiculous for people to be afraid of me, unless you were She-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named, that is. *predatory grin*
And I still think you're cute. :P
no subject
Date: 2005-04-24 07:56 pm (UTC)Hey, talent only takes you so far. You still have to develop it and use it.
Well, then you give the impression of being very organized. And I'm glad I can help.
Considering I've been called all of those and then some...*uses new spork on the people* Envy, that's all. Or not really knowing you. She-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named? Dante? Fem!Voldie? *shot*
Cute? That's usually skyler's adjective.....*blushes*
