Another one of those very randomly spaced updates:

1) I have seen Star Trek (AU), Transformers and stared watching Merlin. Star Trek was really good Even if B5 IS BETTER and opens up the world to all sorts of things. Transformers was FUN and full of explosions - I will watch anything once with lots of explosions and a good soundtrack. I'll probably even watch it multiple times if I can buy it cheap. Makes good treadmill footage. - aaaaand Merlin is the kind of addictive ridiculousness of the old Xena and Hercules stuff, taking myths upside down and side ways and yet being REALLY REALLY fun. I love watching it online too - I know EXACTLY where the commercials will be. (Yes, I'm not youtubing or something else it - I'm waiting until it is posted on the website. Laaaaaaaaaaaaaame.)

2) We are currently working on a Haruko cosplay for

kiraya to go with my Canti costume for Otakon. We're running into Some Issues (COSTUME SCENE IS CLOSED FOR THE SUMMER, KIR - IM ME ASAP FOR WIG LINKS) and were considering doing a Cissnei and Elena Turks cosplay. Except, you know, my black jacket (they were black in BC, okay?) is a) REALLY HOT and b) too tight. And I'm having a devil of the time finding a wig that looks vaguely right but won't cost me like $40 and have to cut most of it off. FOUND A PERFECT ONE - with the long piece of hair on the wrong side. Bugger.

3) I have started Exercising big time, using a combination of Prevention techniques. Tomorrow I start the Prevention Flat Belly Diet. Hopefully, I will do well with this - I'll keep you guys informed!

What hasn't happened yet is more fic writing. Gah. I need to get another chapter done SOON since we wanted to post by...hahaha, tomorrow and we're catching up with ourselves way too fast.

To-Do List (this is the only way I get things done, I swear)

1) Clean Bathroom
2) Trash/Recycling (tonight)
3) Discuss cosplay stuff buys with kiraya. Make purchases as much as possible.
4) Farmers Market (tomorrow)
5) Mail letter to get savings account.
6) Check for lighter black jacket at resale store.
7) Family Room
8) Study Room
9) Hall
10) Do at least fifteen minutes of GRE vocab prep
