Week update

bard_linnWell, I surprised my parents today by volunteering to help mom with the stockroom at her school. She's been unpacking boxed, and frankly I'm glad I went with her. Her back/knees/feet/wrists aren't in the best of shape and those boxes are HEAVY. I'm sore. :(
Went to see HP5 for the second time on Tuesday, only in IMAX theaters and Kiraya got to come! I think she was cramped in the car though - she's really tall and we squished (sorry, you!). I desperately want an icon of the picture where Harry hugs Sirius with Remus in the background and the text "what might have been" or something similar. Anyone see anything like that?
Yesterday went to Kiraya's and we worked on FFX some more, getting Nirvana and Auron's ultimate weapon and assorted other things. We also worked a bit on our joint fic journal over on insanejournal, figuring out names, policies and such. Of course, I had a perfect icon I made a while ago for it...and apparently deleted it and the screen caps I used to make it. >.< I wish there was a way to select a bunch of posts from an LJ journal and post them in a community....transferring BE is going to be HELL. (Since we will do future updates both here and there, it seems to make sense to put the rest of the chapters on there too...)
Tomorrow I hit my cousins and possibly go clothes shopping, then Saturday we're painting and then Sunday we're singing. Kiraya's out of town soon too. *sigh* And I need to work on rules and lesson plan ideas and....
The summer is almost over!
Oh, and in recent LJ events: LJ admin: still not rocking. Fandom: Um, spamming not giving you such a good view either, though some people have come up with some excellent letters and ideas about productive ways to got about this.
(Oh, and Art? Thanks for all those links - I'd never be able to keep up with this otherwise!)

I'm copying my journal the old fashioned way, post by post, because I can't install programmes on the computersI can get internet access with, and I'm trying to get each universe up to date before I post the next part in the universe. Means I've been posting 5-6 pieces of fic every day I can, which is interesting.
