Discussion last night about how Cloud seems to be a natural spell caster (his MP is higher than AERIS I mean, come on!) + Slayers background music = bunnies about Cloud getting tossed into the Slayers demension and getting taught by a much older Zelgadis, the only one of the Slayers group alive still.

DAMN IT BRAIN. PLEASE TO BE STOPPING WITH THE BUNNIES!

And this sounds interesting. I'd want to see how Zelgadis and Cloud would interact. Plus, it would be just funny over all, cause I can see Cloud going "...." a lot over it all.

*never thought about it* Well, Cloud starts in level 6 already, that might have a part in it...

What about Tifa's MP? If hers is considerable high as well, a case could be made about Nibel Mountain's high lifestream concentration affecting kids, or the Mako Reactor's proximity, or Jenova the Plot Ex Machina of Doom, or the Mako Fountain.

If not, well, when Cloud was small the village adults all left him behind when he and Tifa fell off the bridge (bastards). Think all of the above, but applying only to being left behind in a gorge when you were a kid.

The mental image of Cloud throwing Ra-tilts around is very amusing. Still, Dragon Slaves are cooler... and now I'm remembering the infamous Heart-shaped Double Ra-tilt.

Yes, Dragon Slaves are cooler, but they would hardly work on Gaia, ne?

I wish I had watched more than just half the first season. Most of what I know about Slayers is from the internet. Stupid fundies censoring it out of open TV...

Hmm, now where did I put that plot bunny fertilizer? I know I had it around here somewhere.

You know, Cloud could hear about and/or learn the Dragon Slave and realize when he gets back to Gaia it doesn't work.

So what does he do? He immediately starts looking for a new source of power to power something akin to the Dragon Slave. He then sees either Bahamat Zero or KotR being used, and is bound and determined to pull their power to use for a new Dragon Slave-esqe move.

Or hell, since Jenova is the evil badguy type thing, maybe abuse it's power to make the spell?
