I Just Got Kicked Out of Class

*first day of class Linn took her freshman year*

Prof: Okay, everyone sit by your content areas. Where are our math people? *half class raises hand* English...blah blah blah. Okay, now you'll introduce someone. *looks at me* Wait a sec-

Me: Hi! ^_____^

Prof: WHY are you here?

Me: *shrug* Easy two credits. *still grinning like a maniac*

Prof: Come out in the hallway. *in hallway* Keep your two credits but only go to the other half of the class.

Me: But I'll feel bad if...

Prof: Nope! *has me write down name* Now, leave.

Friends: *GAPE*

Prof: She already took this class and I gave her an offer too good to refuse!

Me: *skips out of building* 4 credits for a two credit course AND an extra hour and a half to do work! This rocks. ^__________^

Though I do feel sorta bad, though apparently other people have been in this situation before too, so I'm hardly the only exception. And I'll kind of miss the class because the teacher was REALLY funny. But, overall better to use the time otherwise. Now, time to do readings for Wednesday's morning class until I have to get TB tested.

Long story, so I have to start at the beginning, though I'm cutting some stuff.

Back in Freshman year I had signed up for Japanese but they canceled it at last minute. I was now under my required course load and grabbed a two credit class, the one this professor teaches. Fast forward to Junior year. We're required to take a three course block of 12 credits as part of our field experience. This class was combined with another course and called one four credit course, even though it's still TAUGHT like two separate two credit courses. So I still have to go to the OTHER half of the class. Hence why I was signed up again. :)
