I don't think I'm going to bother playing FFVIII anymore for a while. I just got to the beginning of the third disk, and there's no way I'll finish it before school starts (sad but true fact that this time next week I'll be sitting in a class). I'll be getting FFVII back soon; I want to replay it properly (as opposed to- *hit x hit x hit x heal* Yay, it died! *skips sections of game*) and play KH2 when it comes out. Plus next semester is going to be hard due to the number of hours and such, though at least I only have one math class, so that will make things a little better. I might have been able to finish FFVIII if I didn't a) have to start over in the beginning of the week and b) have so much other stuff around the house I'm supposed to be doing. If only all the talking scenes were animated and I didn't have to push x all the time....I'd be able to clean while playing.

Kaasan is home. She's got bronchitis again. This sadly happens often during this time of year. She pushes herself really hard right before break, gets sick and rests but doesn't get all the way better. Now she has medicine so she should be okay. Pap Pap is coming down today because CBL has a concert tonight (instrumental, not chorus. I missed the choral one 'cause it was the day before my methods exam and I was studying). Tomorrow I'm meeting kiraya to go over and get our books then hang out for a bit.

Random note: Have I mentioned lately how much I love Kiraya? She's such a great friend and has helped me a lot, both in school and on the net. *hugs* I seriously love rereading her writing too. It's so wonderful!

Luckily I have vanquished most of my list for this week. Hopefully I'll be able to get some writing done tomorrow and in the beginning of next week. I've got a handful of B-day fics left and I really would like to get the next part of Roundabout drafted. :)

Funny thing, there was a discussion on another LJ about the addiction to FF games, and the link to this quintessence of stupidity popped up. Though you might already know it, it’s pretty old.
