Ponderings in Darkness

He didn’t know why he had come.

He had heard that Edward Elric was missing. But that didn’t explain why he had come. It didn’t explain why he was following HER. Surely there was someone better to watch. But then he had seen IT, that THING from the Gate. It couldn’t fool him.

So he had stayed. Stayed and watched. IT hadn’t been aware for a long time.

He had lost his purpose in life. He had no guiding force anymore. He had lost the only place he knew as home. He had lost that which made him special from the others as well.

He clenched his right hand. The limb was strong. Maybe even powerful enough to take down IT. And if he failed he would only follow the one he missed so much.

Making his decision, he nodded. He moved from the darkness of the shadows and jumped, his small form crashing into the glass of the nearby window.

During which I'll be getting into high study mode. No worries, I'll need to take a break eventually. And the confontation isn't due over at the comm until Sat by my plan. We should be able to iron it out by then.

Or at least its SUPPOSED to be by Sat. *glares at tommorows bunny* Unless I get mauled again.
