I mostly don't write fanfic myself, I know that I will more than likely never complete ideas that have the prospect of being long multi-chapter stories.
Most of my admitedly small collection of writing can stand as oneshots. Plotbunnies that would end up multi-chapter get a synopsis written up and posted on my journal. Anyone is welcome to adopt them if they like them and will get seriouslly fangirled by me.
That icon also reminds me of the title of a recent post I made detailing a plotbunny.
