bard_linnWell, as part of my "you must rest, Linn" order, I forced myself to lie down last night and watch...My Little Ponies. XD I was thinking of watching Joan of Arcadia, but that's too emotionally charged to watch when I'm really tired and likely to get depressed. But I digress.
Point being, I was thinking about the themes that went through a lot of the cartoons I saw as a child. A theme that ran though a lot of them was beautiful places that the "bad guys" wanted to make dark and dreary and otherwise not pleasent. I used to think that was utter nonsense.
Then I realized there really are people who really do want to just ruin what other people consider beautiful. Its a sad thing.
