It definitely was very interesting thing to waste time on. I like the whole idea - Lelouch taking the throne in legitimate circumstances is always something I want to read. And I like how you made it happen. Wouldn't have thought of this, so you get points for originality.
I think the best part of this was that everyone seemed so in character - almost felt like I was watching the anime again. Also the fact that Lelouch's actions were very similar to what he did in canon after taking the throne - or at least, his reasons and goals were. And I'm under the impression that in this universe, things were somewhat happier in the end.
All in all, it was a good thing to read at the start of my day ^^
