I swear to God, every time that we get a "Zack's name is Fair, not Sinclair" review, I want to pull a Nibelheim.

Believe it or not guys, THE FANDOM EXISTED BEFORE CRISIS CORE. People wrote fic - and gave Zack a last name, gasp! - before Square did.

It's a good thing that Kiraya handles the FF.net side of things or I'd get really, really bitchy with the reviewers.

When you get a chance, Kir - can we add that note we talked about when Zack showed up for the first time? In nice big bold font? Because people don't seem to understand "not taking anything other than original game canon to be absolute".

Sinclair's a fine name. As someone who remembers the fandom before all the retconjuration nonsense, I really miss those days of fandom-driven Zack characterization. You've really been working on BE for a while now. And I still read it, so yeah. =)

*LOL* I'm sorry, Linn, I know it's not really funny, but I know exactly what you mean. People can be dumb. I'll bet even with the note people still send you the occasional comment on it. If you need help burninating the peasants, let me know. =D

*looks exasperated* If they got to the latest chapter, they would have even less to complain about as we 'fixed' it with the name change thing, but nooooooo we can't go that long, can we. *grumble*
