It's not the same, but it's helped me a time or two with something I couldn't say for fear of being fired, etc. And just... ::HUGS::

Happy memory time~~~ Well, you *know* one of my all time favourite memories is that time we both wrote almost the exact same fic on the exact same day and then merged them together into one big fic that was ZOMG better than either one ever was to start with.

Or when we skipped fandoms together, and slid around through FMA and FF7 and KH? 'Cause the only thing better than having a new fandom is having a good friend to squee over the fandom with~~~

Or how about all those times when I'm angsting and trying to make big scary life decisions and am absolutely going out of my mind, but then along comes a certain someone~~~ who not only says the usually calming stuff but actually has real and helpful advice? Because you *know* how much that helps me, and then extends into a general happiness that goes along with everything. Heck, you did it again less than a month ago, when I couldn't decide whether or not to quit, and I'm *so* much happier now, and really, that's kind of your fault. But in a good way, if that makes sense?

Or just those times when you're you, and I read your LJ or or your IJ or or whatever and it in general makes me smile because you updating means you exist, and that's a good thing? Cause I'm fond of those too, however rare they are.

*sheepish* Sry I can't be of much help with this, but no matter how much my day or week or month has sucked, going back and reading Butterfly Effect and its outtakes always manages to make it better.

You've definitely left me a lot of encouragement on my fanfiction, but more importantly than that, you encourage me with my real life, too. ^__^ It makes things easier knowing that I've got good friends behind me for just about everything.

Also, though this wasn't related to me directly - I loved the stuff you did for alter_series, and house_of_smex. It was all so cute and happy. ^___^
