The problem is that Reeve and Tifa haven't even MET in BE. Seriously, Reeve and Aeris would make more sense (not that I ship them)! It's the same as saying "I'd rather stick that bitch Tifa with the first idiot I don't care enough about than have her butt in my OTP/3/4!!!!!!" Which is sad for the both of them.
