bard_linnWell yesterday was interesting. Left school early enough to get out to the place where I’m going to have my demo lesson, only to be MASSIVELY slowed down by an ice storm. Got there okay and picked up my papers and ended up staying at Kiraya’s house, as it is ten minutes from the school as opposed to mine which is an hour.
We ate pizza and played a game involving assembling words out of letters, which have different point values. Luckily, Kir helped me or I’d be dead. My brain is incapable of creating words longer than 4 letters.
I did get more than a bit of work done too. Geometry tests are graded and my work for Algebra is done. Now just need to work on Geometry powerpoints and my demo lesson for Tuesday. >D Totally going to use Storyteller 3 if I can get it to work and make a game up for group work. The kids won’t want me to leave! Getting to watch cartoons in class = so much fun.
Hopefully Kiraya will be back soon so we can talk about our other other epic some more – yes, another one. All I have to say about it is permutations, probability trees and 298 ways.
