drops_n_ripples at some point. I hope they redo 'genderbending' and 'crossover' at some point. I love those themes, but when they did it I was busy. :(
....I can't believe that it's may. I just got my official certificate in the mail proclaiming me a full fledged teacher. (Job is also why most of my "RL" posts are non-existent. I don't want one of my 'kids' - all seventy fiveish of them - finding my journal. I like the two separate.)
I was sick most of the weekend, but managed to help packkiraya up on Friday and send her home (in the rain, blah) and drabbled. Lots. I...really miss the days I could stay up until one in the morning with people online, or write a fic for every day of lent. I knew this would happen with getting a real job (particularly one that requires you be not only functional, but alert by 7:30) but I feel really disconnected from the rest of the community. It was nice getting to sit down and just write, tons. On the plus side, this has put me in the mood to write - on the minus side, the next three chapters of BE have just gotten yet ANOTHER overhaul. We're dealing with interpersonal relations and we can't get it right. Edit: Hahaha - just found out from Kiraya the draft of 34 is too big to fit on IJ. XD
Withkiraya gone I might be able to get more writing done, actually. As much fun as being around each other is for plotting, it is hard to get actual writing done. We'll have to figure something out when we room together. Speaking of whom, I'll be at her Graduation this Friday!
Now, if only I can survive beating Conic Sections and Sequences into my children's heads by June.....
