Good, Bad and Everything In Between
Oct. 4th, 2005 11:02 pmSo: Took Abstract Algebra test today. Was pretty hard. No one left until five minutes before the class ended and we all went out going "WTH was that?" I think the highest grade I can get is an 85 (far below acceptable) but she curves the course. *clings to hope*
Another good thing is this round of tests is over, leaving more room for some free time. Must. Clean. House. Looks like a wreck.
Went to Dad's school today as I wasn't sure if I was supposed to pick him up. Got the information for my job on Saturday. I'm giving the test. The extended version no less. 100+ right there. And they needed someone who could give SAT IIs next week during the morning. 95 more. Am very happy. Advent Children here I come! Amongst other things.
Came home, worked on HW and then went to Conversation Hour. Nearly fell out of my seat laughing as usual. Bunch of characters those.
On the bad news front, my grandfather is in the hospital. He has advanced Alzheimer's.. It's really past his time, so I'm sort of hoping he'll die soon. (Which sounds awful.) I said my goodbyes a long time ago. This is going to cause all sorts of stress on the family.
