Oh, you don't need to be legal for that. :p Do you have a different age for being able to drink in the home? I was quite surprised to find out that here it's actually age 5 XD

PAH, wine. I've had better... like that toasted almond thing Dad made me once...
(Yeah, I may not be much of a drinker, but it's cool having parents who let you have stuff every once in a while, 'cos they know you'll be good. And besides, they say, it's in the privacy of the home, they're keeping an eye on me, and it isn't hurting anyone, so where's the harm in it? ...and I ramble. >..>)
