Step One:

- Make a post (public, friendslocked, filtered...whatever you're comfortable with) to your LJ. The post should contain your list of 10 holiday wishes. The wishes can be anything at all, from simple and fun ("I'd love a Snape/Hermione Sloth icon that's just for me") to medium ("I wish for _____ on DVD") to really big ("All I want is a new car/computer/house/TV.") The important thing is, make sure these wishes are things you really, truly want.

- If you wish for real possible things, make sure you include some sort of contact info in your post, whether it's your address or just your email address where Santa (or one of his elves) could get in touch with you.

- Also, make sure you post some version of these guidelines in your LJ, or link to this post (it'll be public) so that the holiday joy will spread.



Step Two:

- Surf around your friendslist (or friendsfriends, or just random journals) to see who has posted their list. And now here's the important part:

- If you see a wish you can grant, and it's in your heart to do so, make someone's wish come true. Sometimes someone's trash is another's treasure, and if you have a leather jacket you don't want or a gift certificate you won't use--or even know where you could get someone's dream purebred Basset Hound for free--do it.

You needn't spend money on these wishes unless you want to. The point isn't to put people out, it's to provide everyone a chance to be someone else's holiday elf--to spread the joy. Gifts can be made anonymously or not--it's your call.

There are no rules with this project, no guarantees, and no strings attached. Just...wish, and it might come true. Give, and you might receive. And you'll have the joy of knowing you made someone's holiday special.



Advent Children Spoilers! Highlight to see.

1. thorne_scratch mentioned a while back that the scene were everyone helped Cloud up to kill the monsterthingy (too lazy to look up the right name) was really strong except for ONE THING. Namely, Aeris was there but Zack was NOT who was just as much of an influence on Cloud’s life as she was. So Linn would REALLY REALLY like a photosphoped image of Zack helping Cloud up in the scene. Or fanart. But it would make Linn very happy. Linn would then like permission to share this with the universe via then net.

2. Linn would love updates of anything on her favorite’s list at the pit and most especially things on her Final Fantasy rec list. Like FUSION, COI AND BOUND. *HINT HINT* Well most of those people don’t read this journal but…yeah, anyway

3. Things dedicated to moi. Yes, I have quite an ego. Fics, pics, icons, you name it. FEED MY EGO!

4. Fanart for something of mine. *ashamed to ask but loves it to bits*

5. More SxC fic. And SxCxZ fic. And pics. THE FANDOM CAN NEVER HAVE ENOUGH!

6. Links to your x-mass lists! And your addresses! I’m collecting the lists here so check it and see if yours is on it. If it isn’t, drop me a link! I want to at least TRY to do cards this year. Check for your address too please!

7. FFVII stuff. Like the Cloud and Seph AC pillow. So pretty…

8. The Roy and Ed FMA pillow. Yes, I like pillows. :P

9. For everyone I know to have a really, really good Christmas and have success and happiness in the coming year.

10. I’d ask for Advent Children, but it’s not coming out till….eternity at this rate. ;.; And Kingdom Hearts II won’t be out for a while either. So! I ask for good health for my family and my friends. ^_^
