It's the month that's a square, symbolized by a blue jem.
The day is a prime, that when turned into a shape, is one of the most important buildings in the US.
In other words, September Fifth, this year's Labor Day and MY BIRTHDAY. ^_____________^

Now it's three months - 2 days till we have a teenager in the house again. :)

Happy birthday! ^___^

And what am I doing? Disturbing psycho!Ed drabbles in the comments of [livejournal.com profile] velvet_mace's post. *sigh* Because I can never turn down a challenge, apparently.

Since I'm doing that, got anything you want to see, drabble-length? Before I run off to bed...XD

Harry-Dumbledore interaction? *.*

Vague HBP spoilers for any wandering readers

I fail completely at non-manipulative-bastard!Dumbledore, but since it's your birthday, I shall try anyway. XD

Harry did indeed have his mother's eyes, but there was at least one significant difference between them - Albus had never set his mood by Lily's eyes, however pretty they were.

Sometimes, this particular pair of green eyes were a relief, because they still held a spark of life and endless determination in their darkened depths, despite the horrors they had seen. They still knew how to smile, and that was important, because Albus had a long memory and he could still recall the other green-eyed boy of long ago, who didn't really know how to smile at all.

Sometimes, this pair of green eyes were a burden, because they were cold and so tired, shot through with blood and rimmed with dark circles in contrast to the boy's hesitant smile. There was not much innocence left in them and far too much knowledge of things most people couldn't even imagine.

They were horribly fragile eyes, Albus thought as he memorized the look in them one last time. Horribly fragile, and now -

- now, they -

- and everything else about Harry -

- shattered.

Damn, I fail at interaction. Sorry for spelling/grammar errors, it's 3AM XD
