I don't really *know* what to say, but this was a fantastic exploration of what could have been. Oh wait, I'll just list what I really loved --
1) The Euphy-Lelouch interaction. I love the whole mixture of caution yet tenderness.
2) Schneizel being paralysed, and waking up to see Nunnally -- powerful. I was really touched by Nunnally wanting to comfort him.
3) Lelouch immediately installing Schneizel as his advisor of sorts. And Schneizel's fitting observations on Lelouch -- namely, that he does tend to get carried away with his emotions.
4) I loved the Cornelia and Lelouch interaction too. Especially how Cornelia noted that Euphy and Lelouch were similar to each other in some ways.
5) Milly's introspective thoughts on Lelouch were love. And very, very heartfelt.
6) The way Lelouch dealt with V.V was creepy beyond belief.
7) The Suzaku and Lelouch interactions were wonderful. Especially towards the end. I love that your Suzaku actually *asks* for something in return. (I won't say more because, obviously, I'm a fangirl and love how open-ended you made this fic. Enough that I can imagine the boys still being involved in some way or the other).
8) I loved Lelouch's thoughs at the end.
So, yes, lovely <3 As per usual (I think I still owe you a comment on your wonderful fic where Lelouch woke up as a magician, and he and Suzaku were happy together ...)!
