Bard Linn: *puts down 'Harry Potter and the Ring of Reduction* Hello all! And welcome to BE20. I hope you enjoyed it. ^.^ I sort of wish we still updated the way we did, but sadly the change was necessary.

Kiraya: Yeah. We're, um, kind of behind.

Kiraya: And it's not ENTIRELY my fault.

Kiraya: ...actually, it is, isn't it? ;-;

Bard Linn: Approximately 89%, but not entirely your fault, I'll give you that.

Bard Linn: We are currently writing chapter 27 - and no, it isn't all your fault. Last time I checked I've been distracting you with lots of yummy anime.

Kiraya: *nodnodnod*

Bard Linn: *has been introducing Kiraya into Slayers, and Kenshin and other good stuffs*

Kiraya: I still need to find the Kenshin soundtrack...

Bard Linn: Still...it's been a long time...I feel like we need to do a "Last time on BE, blah blah blah"

Bard Linn: And...other stuff. But that's what the previous chapter link is for I guess. XD The sad thing is my mind is stuck in chapter 27 which means I forget half of what's going on until I reread the chapters.

Kiraya: Well, as long as we don't tell them about *spoiler* and *spoiler*, they should be fine.

Kiraya: And we must avoid *spoiler* at all costs.

Bard Linn: And about what finally happens in Chapter *undisclosed number*

Kiraya: And don't forget when *spoiler* and *spoiler* reveal *spoiler*!

Bard Linn: ....I'm not even sure what spoilers we're discussing anymore. You're taunting the readers, aren't you.

Kiraya: I'm in a silly mood.

Kiraya: Probably because I just drank an entire Pepsi.

Kiraya: And not the caffeine-free kind, either.

Kiraya: Ahem. Calming down now.

Bard Linn: Me, I'm in a very lethargic mood, due to SATs. Ah, proctoring. Nothing like you to make me brain dead.

Kiraya: *patpat* At least you're done.

Bard Linn: Yup. Homework tomorrow though. *sigh* I hate school some days.

Kiraya: Yeah...

Bard Linn: ...but we have gotten rather off topic. We should be talking about chapter 20.

Kiraya: Right.

Bard Linn: 20. Also know as the "Linn wrote some of it but Kiraya totally ROCKED by writing the whole birthday thing."

Bard Linn: And for the record, I disagree with Cloud on the chocolate thing. Cake makes great breakfast.

Kiraya: Absolutely.

Kiraya: And so does pudding.

Bard Linn: And pie. Pie's even better. Has fruit in it - at least a lot of pies do.

Kiraya: Mmmm, pie for breakfast.

Kiraya: Cherry, blueberry, or apple?

Bard Linn: My mom makes the best blueberry pie. <3

Kiraya: ...dammit, I'm getting hungry.

Bard Linn: Well, besides Zack and food, any comments on 20? Since that's what we're supposed to be talking about... XD;;

Kiraya: I love writing Seph.

Kiraya: And Vincent, though he's been rather quiet lately.

Kiraya: But especially Seph.

Bard Linn: You write him very well. ^.^

Bard Linn: Oh, and this chapter should be subtitled "Revenge of the Fandom Joke" or something since the double birthday thing came up again. XDXD

Kiraya: It says the 19th in the game manual, but everywhere else I've seen stuff for him -- the official sites for AC in both English and Japanese -- have it as the 11th.

Bard Linn: Hm...I do hope readers notice how Sephiroth's and Cloud's interactions are changing. :)

Bard Linn: They are slowly - like glacially - getting more comfortable around each other. Hopefully by the end of chapter 16516315 they'll be comfortable with each other. =.=

Kiraya: *snickers*

Kiraya: Oh, I don't think it'll be THAT long.

Kiraya: Maybe around chapter 106 or so.

Bard Linn: I hope so. XD

Bard Linn: Hm....anything else to address this chapter?

Kiraya: ...Maybe, but if so I've forgotten it.

Kiraya: Ah, well. Drop us a line if you have questions, of course.

Bard Linn: Now, I have only one – well two – last things to say then before we sign off.

Kiraya: Happy belated birthday to Vinnychan?

Bard Linn: First of all, Kiraya worked her butt off on this chapter, so you should praise her so she writes more. Secondly, IT'S HER BIRTHDAY THIS WEDNESDAY! *throws confetti*

Kiraya: *blink*

Bard Linn: So everyone should say "Happy Birthday". ^_______^ [/Zack mode]

Kiraya: ...we didn't make an announcement-thingy for YOUR birthday, though.

Bard Linn: Not my fault.

Kiraya: I apologize then, Lieutenant, and must remember to rectify the situation next year.

Bard Linn: What can I say? I have a bit of Zack in me - and the coincidence with chapter content was too good to pass up.

Kiraya: Point taken.

Bard Linn: *wins, again*

Kiraya: *long-suffering sigh*

Bard Linn: All right everyone. We'll see you in about a month on...November 11th!
